Welcome to ULTRAMO® cosmetics .
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order in our store, you agree to the following terms:

  • All ULTRAMO® cosmetics products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and Payments

  • Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN), unless otherwise indicated.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards

    • Mercado Pago (includes OXXO, 7-Eleven and other cash methods)

    • PayPal

  • Payment must be made in full prior to shipping.


4. Shipments

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation, provided the product is in stock.

  • If an item is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the missing product and only available items will be shipped.

  • Delivery times depend on the courier service and may vary depending on the destination. ULTRAMO® cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.


5. Return and Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or refunds , except in cases where the product is DEFECTIVE .

  • This policy exists to ensure the safety, hygiene and quality of our products.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • We will offer you a replacement or refund , as appropriate.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging , in good condition and without damage.

Incorrect Items or Incomplete Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • We will investigate the case and proceed to send a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

  • We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed .

  • If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you as soon as possible.


6. Use and Responsibility of the Products

  • ULTRAMO® cosmetics products are for external use only .

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Avoid direct contact with eyes; if an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
