At ULTRAMO® cosmetics, we work to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely. Below is our shipping policy:
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared within 2 business days after payment confirmation (as long as the product is in stock).

In the event that a product is unavailable, the in-stock items will be shipped and the amount corresponding to the missing products will be refunded .
2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over $299 MXN (applies only to shipments within Mexico).

For orders under $299 MXN, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the shipping carrier selected and the delivery address.
3. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the selected shipping carrier.

Within Mexico, the average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after shipping confirmation.

During peak seasons, promotions, or external causes (e.g., package delays), delivery times may be extended.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

You can check the status of your order directly on the tracking page for the corresponding package.
5. Responsibility

ULTRAMO® cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping, weather conditions, events beyond our control, or errors in the address provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to our offices due to an incorrect address, the shipment can be rescheduled at the customer's expense.
6. Coverage

We ship to all of Mexico .

We do not currently ship internationally from our online store.
