At ULTRAMO® cosmetics, we work to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely. Below is our shipping policy:


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and prepared within 2 business days after payment confirmation (as long as the product is in stock).

  • In the event that a product is unavailable, the in-stock items will be shipped and the amount corresponding to the missing products will be refunded .


2. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $299 MXN (applies only to shipments within Mexico).

  • For orders under $299 MXN, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the shipping carrier selected and the delivery address.


3. Delivery Times

  • The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the selected shipping carrier.

  • Within Mexico, the average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after shipping confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or external causes (e.g., package delays), delivery times may be extended.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

  • You can check the status of your order directly on the tracking page for the corresponding package.


5. Responsibility

  • ULTRAMO® cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping, weather conditions, events beyond our control, or errors in the address provided by the customer.

  • If the package is returned to our offices due to an incorrect address, the shipment can be rescheduled at the customer's expense.


6. Coverage

  • We ship to all of Mexico .

  • We do not currently ship internationally from our online store.
