1. General Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or refunds , except in cases where the product is DEFECTIVE .

  • This policy exists to protect the integrity, hygiene and quality of ULTRAMO® cosmetics products.


2. Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, you must contact our customer service team within 14 calendar days of receipt .

  • Once the case has been validated, you can request a replacement or refund .

📌 Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging , in good condition and without damage.

  • Our team will investigate the case and provide you with a replacement or partial refund, as appropriate.


4. Cancellations

  • Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it .
