A: We do NOT accept returns or refunds for our products, EXCEPT in cases where the product is FAULTY or DEFECTIVE. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
A: If you receive a FAULTY or DEFECTIVE product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary. In the event that you need to return the product, please send it to our return address:

Please note that when returning a product, you must include the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and it must be in good condition and undamaged.
